Green 24 AWG Tefzel wire, MIL-DTL-22759/32 specification. The Raychem Spec55 equivalent is 55A0111-24-5 — both designations refer to the same wire construction.
Specifications

| Temperature range | −65°C to +150°C |
| MIL-spec | MIL-DTL-22759/32 |
| Spec55 equivalent | 55A0111-24-5 |
Current rating is for a single conductor in free air with 30°C temperature rise above ambient, extrapolated from the Marmon Aerospace & Defense ampacity table. For bundled wiring derate: ×0.72 for 3 conductors, ×0.53 for 7 conductors.
Typical Use — 24 AWG
24 AWG is used for low-current sensor wiring in motorsport harnesses. Typical circuits: thermocouple compensation leads, fine-pitch connector wiring, low-current sensor signals.
Ordering Notes
Quantity in metres: When you order a quantity in metres (for example 10 m), you receive one continuous 24 AWG wire cut to that length — not 10 separate 1 m pieces.
Supplied loose (not on spool): Wire ordered by the metre is hand-wound and supplied loose. If you need wire wound on a spool, select the 100 m spool option.
