AMP Superseal 1.0 34-position connector housing in coding 2. Superseal 1.0 is the sealed 1.0 mm automotive connector series TE Connectivity supplies for engine-bay harness work, and it is the connector body used on the harness side of most current motorsport ECUs and power distribution modules.
This is the bare housing. Contacts and sealing plugs are ordered separately, which is what makes it the practical choice for repairing a damaged connector body or building a second loom without buying a complete kit.
Why Coding Matters
Superseal housings of the same position count are produced in several mechanical codings. The coding is a keying feature moulded into the housing: a coding 2 housing will only mate with a coding 2 header on the device. On an ECU carrying two or more connectors of the same size — an Emtron KV with 26-pin A and D connectors, or a Link ECU with a 26-pin and a 34-pin — the coding is what physically prevents plugging the wrong loom branch into the wrong port.
Order the coding that matches the position you are replacing. A coding mismatch will not mate, and forcing it damages the header pins.

Contacts and Seals
Every cavity must carry either a crimped contact or a sealing plug for the connector to seal correctly. An open cavity is a direct water path into the loom.
