ASX602-03PC-HE is a 3-way Deutsch Autosport AS Micro XtraLITE HE series free plug with size 22D pin contacts and C keyway — Orange band. Shell size 02, rated 5 A per circuit, accepts 22–26 AWG wire. IP67 sealed with a lightweight composite shell.
The AS Micro XtraLITE HE series packs 3, 5, or 6-way arrangements into a size 02 shell — the smallest in the Deutsch Autosport range. The composite shell cuts weight against the aluminium AS and 8STA series while keeping the same bayonet coupling and keyway system, derived from MIL-DTL-38999. Used in motorsport sensor, data acquisition, and control harnesses where space and weight are critical.
