Raychem IDENT markers are short heat shrink sleeves used to identify individual wires in a motorsport harness by circuit number, connector cavity, or destination. The MIL-STD-681 colour code assigns a digit (0–9) to each of ten standard colours; placing two or three sleeves end-to-end encodes a multi-digit number onto the wire. This kit contains 1000 Brown markers — MIL-STD code 1. The 1000-piece kit covers a full race harness build with standard circuit density. Material is Raychem heat shrink with a 3:1 shrink ratio; the 1.5 mm ID as supplied recovers to 0.5 mm, gripping wire ODs from 0.5 to 1.5 mm.

How to Use Wire IDENT Markers
Apply one sleeve per digit of the identification number, reading left to right from the connector end. Slide each sleeve onto the wire before crimping and terminating. After assembly, shrink in position with a heat gun.
