Raychem 204W511-25-0 is a straight moulded part with retention lip in fluid resistant modified elastomer. The lip locks against the connector backshell groove — the same retention method used on mil-spec circular connectors. One of the most widely used boots in motorsport wiring, covering the majority of small-format Deutsch, Bosch, and sensor connectors found in engine loom builds.

Important: thread the boot onto the wiring loom before terminating the connector. The boot cannot be fitted over a completed connector.
