Raychem heat shrink boots — manufactured by TE Connectivity — are the reference standard for moulded harness transitions, specified by part number across most connector datasheets and assembly drawings. XTRA Motorsport stocks the full motorsport range: straight (202A, 204W, 202K), 90° right-angle (222K, 224W), T-shape (322A) and Y-shape (462A) boots, covering Souriau 8STA and Deutsch AS shells 03–24.
All are moulded from fluid-resistant modified elastomer rated −75 °C to +150 °C and are supplied non-adhesive-lined — pair with HellermannTyton V9500 epoxy or ResinTech RT125 for a sealed joint. As an official Bosch Motorsport dealer with 25+ years of harness experience, we list every Raychem boot’s Big End (H) and Small End (J) diameters as supplied and after recovery, and where a HellermannTyton equivalent exists it is cross-referenced on the product page.

The standard Raychem moulded boots we stock are not adhesive-lined. Apply HellermannTyton V9500 epoxy inside the boot before fitting for a fully sealed system — mandatory for T-shape and Y-shape transitions. Raychem boots with the -225 material code are the factory adhesive-lined versions.
Can I use a HellermannTyton boot instead of a Raychem part?
Yes. The material specification and shrink ratios are equivalent, and each HellermannTyton product page lists the Raychem part number it replaces, cross-referenced against dimensional data rather than catalogue claims.
