ResinTech RT125 is the industry-standard two-component epoxy adhesive for high-performance cable harness assemblies. It produces a flexible, fluid-resistant bond between moulded heat shrink boots, connectors, and backshells — the same role filled by HellermannTyton V9500 and Raychem S1125, to the same performance standard.
RT125-DS-050 is the 50ml black DuoSyringe in the industry-standard 1:1 dual-barrel format. It loads directly into the V9500 Applicator Gun and dispenses through the V9500 static mixing nozzle — so if you already own the V9500 gun and nozzles, RT125 is a drop-in cartridge with no new tooling required.
V9500 alternative. HellermannTyton V9500 is on restricted supply for the next 2–3 months. ResinTech RT125 is the direct functional equivalent. Same 1:1 ratio, same −75 °C to +150 °C range, same 2-hour cure at +85 °C, same gun and nozzles.

When RT125 Epoxy is Required
Moulded heat shrink boots are not adhesive-lined as standard. RT125 (like V9500) is required to produce a sealed, pull-resistant system between the boot and the connector backshell:

Dispensing
For repeated use across multiple connectors, load the syringe into the V9500 Applicator Gun and fit a V9500 static mixing nozzle. The gun delivers metered 1:1 mixed epoxy directly into the boot entry port — no manual measuring, no ratio errors. Discard the nozzle after each session; the syringe re-caps and remains usable between sessions.
For a single connector repair, the DuoSyringe can also be applied by hand through a mixing nozzle without the gun.
