Static mixing nozzle for the V9500 Applicator Gun. The nozzle threads onto the cartridge using an industry-standard 50ml twist-lock fitting and delivers fully mixed 1:1 epoxy directly at the tip — no separate mixing cup or manual stirring required.

How to Use
- Load a V9500DUOPAK cartridge into the V9500 Applicator Gun
- Attach a new nozzle by twisting onto the cartridge outlet
- Dispense a small purge bead until mixed epoxy appears at the tip, then apply directly into the boot entry port or injection port
- Remove and discard the nozzle after use — epoxy cures inside the mixing channels; the nozzle cannot be re-used
Note: Always fit a new nozzle each time you open a cartridge session. The cartridge itself remains re-usable (cap replaced) — only the nozzle is consumed per session.
Application Tip
For T-shape boots with epoxy injection ports — for example, Raychem 301A028 which has 4.5mm and 3.0mm injection ports — the nozzle tip delivers directly into the port for controlled, syringe-style epoxy placement.
