Raychem 224W221-25-G03-0 is a 90-degree moulded part with retention lip in fluid resistant modified elastomer. The G03 modification produces a smaller H recovery diameter (7.8mm vs 9.3mm on the standard variant), designed to lock against the smaller backshell groove on Deutsch ASU shell 03 connectors. For Deutsch ASL shell 6 and Souriau 8STA shell 4–6, use the standard 224W221-25-0 instead. For the same connectors where cable routing permits a straight exit, use 204W221-25-G03-0.
