ASHD614-1SN-090 is a single-contact Deutsch AS Heavy Duty (ASHD) series plug with socket contact and N keyway — Red band. Shell size 14. Designed for high-current motorsport wiring — battery connections, alternator feeds, starter circuits, and high-current PDU outputs where a sealed, keyed, positive-locking connector is required.
The housing is sold without a contact. Current rating depends on the contact installed — three wire sizes are available covering 16 mm² to 35 mm² (see contact table below). The coupling mechanism locks under vibration; the N keyway prevents mis-mating with other ASHD circuits on the same harness.

Mating Connector
Mates with the same-keyway ASHD14 receptacle carrying a pin contact and matching wire size:
– ASHD014-1PN — bulkhead / firewall oval flange receptacle
– ASHD114-1PN — in-line receptacle
Keyway N ensures this plug mates only with N-keyed ASHD receptacles. Use the A keyway variant on a second circuit to prevent cross-mating on the same harness.
