The KNSB is a wideband piezoelectric donut-style knock sensor pre-wired with a 2.6 m loom terminating in flying leads. The 8 mm centre bore mounts directly onto a standard engine block bolt without a separate mounting bracket. The wideband design covers the full knock frequency range of common four-cylinder and six-cylinder engines. No external power supply is required — it is a piezoelectric sensor that generates its own signal voltage.
