Raychem RT-375 1/2″ is a thin-wall clear heat shrink tubing with an inside diameter of 12.7 mm as supplied, recovering to 6.4 mm at a 2:1 shrink ratio. Manufactured from a modified fluoropolymer, RT-375 combines exceptional optical clarity with high-temperature performance, chemical resistance, and flame resistance. The thin wall — approximately 40% thinner than standard polyolefin heat shrink — gives excellent flexibility while maintaining full visibility of the wire or component inside. Operating temperature range is −55 °C to +150 °C with a minimum full recovery temperature of 150 °C. Sold per metre, one continuous cut length.

When to Use RT-375
RT-375 is used to protect wire identification labels — the small text labels that identify individual circuits by function (“Inj 1”, “Inj 2”, “ECT”, “OilP”, “TPS+”, etc.). Write or print the label on a polyester sleeve or label tape, slide it onto the wire, then apply RT-375 over it. The heat recovery locks the label in place; the transparent wall keeps the text readable for the life of the harness.
