Raychem 301A028-25-0 is a T-shape moulded part for wiring harness branch transitions. Three equal ports: all three branches (H, J, K) have the same entry diameter — 20 mm as supplied, 10.2 mm after recovery. Used at harness split points where a single cable trunk divides into two branches — typical at main loom branch points, PDM output splits, and larger sensor-cluster sub-looms.
This part has two injection ports (4.5 mm and 3.0 mm) used for syringe-applying epoxy adhesive after the harness is assembled and the boot is positioned. These allow full internal sealing without pre-gluing.
Adhesive required: T-shape boots must be sealed with HellermannTyton V9500 Epoxy. Apply epoxy through the injection ports or inside all three port openings before recovery.
