Roundit 2000 5 mm is Federal-Mogul’s smallest wrap-around split cable sleeving size, suited to individual circuit runs and small sensor sub-looms in motorsport harnesses. The longitudinal split allows the sleeve to open along its full length; wires are inserted from the side and the sleeve closes under its own tension without adhesive or clamps.
At 5 mm nominal inner diameter, this size handles bundles up to 5 mm OD — typically 2 to 4 wires of 22–24 AWG. Common applications: CAN bus pairs, individual sensor runs, fuel injector or ignition sub-circuits where a clean routed finish is needed.
