Not Suitable For
Do not use in fuel delivery, fuel return, or oil lines. Silicone is not resistant to hydrocarbons. For fuel or oil lines, use PTFE-lined hose.
Black vs Blue
Technical performance, temperature rating, and pressure resistance are identical. Black is preferred in high-heat areas of the engine bay where blue would show heat staining, or where a more discreet finish is required.
