SFS Performance 90° silicone elbow reducer in black. Changes both pipe direction (90°) and diameter in a single moulded piece. 3-ply polyester-reinforced construction with a 4.5 mm wall. Replaces a separate straight reducer plus a 90° elbow — eliminating one joint and one pair of clamps.

Suitable Applications
- Intercooler outlet pipe to turbo compressor inlet where a direction change and diameter step occur at the same point
- Charge air pipe routing where space is limited and a straight-line path is not possible
- Coolant routing with a combined direction change and diameter transition
Not Suitable For
Do not use in fuel delivery, fuel return, or oil lines. Silicone is not resistant to hydrocarbons. For fuel or oil lines, use PTFE-lined hose.
When to Use a 90° Elbow Reducer
Use this hose when two pipes are at a right angle and at different diameters. It handles both the size transition and the direction change in one piece, which is cleaner and more secure than two separate hoses joined with a sleeve coupler.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which end is the large end and which is the small end?
The large-ID end fits the larger pipe; the small-ID end fits the smaller pipe. Either end can face either direction of the bend.
What clamps should I use?
Two hose clamps — one for each end. T-bolt clamps are recommended for charge air use. Match the clamp range to the hose outside diameter at each end.
Is the 125 mm the leg length on each side?
The 125 mm refers to the straight section length on each leg, measured from the hose end to the bend centreline.
Is there a blue or straight version?
A straight reducer in blue is available — see SFS Performance Silicone Hose Reducer Blue. No 90° version in blue is available.
