The AiM Bullet Cam 84° is the replacement and additional bullet camera for the SmartyCam 3 GP and SmartyCam 3 Dual main units. Each SMA port on the SmartyCam 3 accepts one bullet camera — the GP ships with one, the Dual ships with two. This unit is used when replacing a damaged camera, adding a second angle to a GP installation, or specifying a mixed-angle pair on a Dual (e.g. 67° + 84°).

The 84° field of view is the most versatile lens angle in the SmartyCam 3 range: wide enough to capture full track width on open and closed-roof cars, without the extreme barrel distortion of the 120° wide-angle. For closed-roof GT and Touring Car applications where A-pillar intrusion is a concern, the 67° lens is the alternative.
