Raychem DR-25 1″ is the largest size in the DR-25 range, with a 25.4 mm supplied inner diameter that recovers to 12.7 mm. It is used for full chassis loom jacketing and the thickest main trunk runs in complex motorsport wiring systems.

Typical Use — 1″ (25.4 mm)
At 25.4 mm supplied diameter, this size covers:
- 50+ wire main chassis trunk runs (bundle OD ~18–24 mm)
- Full vehicle loom jacketing along the transmission tunnel and chassis rails
- Large combined trunks carrying power distribution, CAN bus, and sensor circuits
- Race car complete body harness main runs
For 25–50 wire sections, use DR-25 3/4″ (19/9.5 mm).
Ordering Notes
Per metre: Ordering a quantity in metres gives one continuous cut length — not separate pieces. 5 m ordered = one 5 m length of DR-25 1″.
Full spool: 30 m factory spool, supplied wound.
Raychem System 25
DR-25 1″ is part of the Raychem System 25 harness system. Use alongside:
- DR-25 range — all sizes — outer jacketing for all harness runs
- Raychem System 25 moulded boots — connector backshell sealing (part numbers with “-25”, e.g. 204W221-25-0)
- HellermannTyton equivalent boots — same sealing function (“-G” suffix, e.g. 1030-4-G)
- V9500 epoxy — sealant for boot-to-loom transitions
