Typical Use — 3/4″ (19 mm)
At 19 mm supplied diameter, this size covers:
- 25–50 wire main loom trunks (22 AWG bundle OD ~12–18 mm)
- Engine bay main harness runs from PDM or fuse box
- Large multi-connector trunk sections combining ECU, sensor, and actuator circuits
- Harness protection along the transmission tunnel or firewall
For 15–25 wire trunks, use DR-25 1/2″ (12.7/6.4 mm). For 50+ wire chassis trunks, use DR-25 1″ (25.4/12.7 mm).
