Raychem RW200E 3/16″ is a fluid-resistant heat shrink tubing rated to 200 °C continuous operating temperature. Inside diameter is 4.8 mm as supplied, recovering to 2.4 mm at a 2:1 shrink ratio. RW200E resists a wide range of fuels, lubricants, mineral acids, and solvents at elevated temperatures, making it the correct choice for wiring routed inside fuel tanks, in proximity to fuel lines, or in engine bay locations subject to oil mist and cleaning chemicals. The tubing maintains flexibility at low temperatures and provides high resistance to impact and abrasion. Sold per metre, one continuous cut length.

When to Use RW200E
Use RW200E specifically where the wiring will be exposed to fuels or aggressive fluids at elevated temperature — fuel tank wiring, fuel pump leads, and engine bay harness sections in direct contact with oil or coolant. For general heat protection without fluid exposure, Raychem DR-25 provides better abrasion resistance at lower cost. For moisture-sealed splices, use Raychem SCL.
