Roundit 2000 25 mm is Federal-Mogul’s largest standard wrap-around split sleeving size, suited to large central harness trunks in motorsport wiring. The longitudinal split allows the sleeve to open along its full length; wires are inserted from the side and the sleeve closes under its own spring tension without adhesive or clamps.
At 25 mm nominal inner diameter, this size covers the largest main loom runs found on prototype and GT race car builds — the central harness trunk where multiple sub-looms from different vehicle systems are bundled together for their shared run through the chassis. It is also used on roll cage wiring runs where multiple circuits share a common route.
