TE Connectivity MQS (Micro Quadlok System) single-wire cable seal, yellow, for 0.3–0.4 mm² conductor. MQS is the 0.63 mm sealed contact system used on OEM ECU and sensor connectors; each crimped contact in a sealed MQS housing carries one of these seals against the wire insulation.
Colour is the size code on MQS seals — yellow covers the 0.3–0.4 mm² range. Using a seal outside its range is the common cause of moisture ingress on a connector that is otherwise correctly assembled: oversized and it will not grip the insulation, undersized and it tears as the contact is inserted.

Assembly Notes
- Slide the seal onto the wire before crimping the contact — it cannot be fitted afterwards.
- Seat the seal against the contact shoulder so it enters the cavity square.
- Fill unused cavities with blind plugs; one open cavity vents the whole connector.
