The WRXLink V1-2 (WRX2X) is Link Engine Management’s G4X plug-in ECU for the Subaru Impreza WRX and STI V1 and V2 with the EJ20 engine. These early GC8 generations did not have AVCS (cam phasing), so no cam control features are used. The PCB fits inside the factory ECU enclosure with no loom modifications.
No onboard MAP sensor is fitted. The factory MAP sensor is supported via An Volt 1 but is limited to approximately 125 kPa (18 psi boost). An external higher-range MAP sensor via the expansion connector is strongly recommended for boosted builds. An air temperature sensor is highly recommended — add IAT near the intake.
