The WRXLink V5-6 (WRX6X) is Link Engine Management’s G4X plug-in ECU for the Subaru Impreza WRX and STI V5 and V6 (GC8F/GC8G) with the EJ20 engine. No AVCS on these generations. Factory MAP sensor supported via An Volt 1 (limited to ~125 kPa / 18 psi) — an external MAP sensor is recommended for modified builds. IAT sensor addition is highly recommended.

CAN cable note (firmware V1.4+): This plug-in uses a 4-pin powered CAN connector from PCLink firmware V1.4 onwards. Use the CANJST4 cable (101-0198) for CAN devices — the older CANPCB cable is not compatible on V1.4+ units.

Note: V1.4 onwards of this Plug-in features a new 4 pin powered CAN connector and cannot use the old CANPCB cable for CAN connection. Use the CANJST4 (Code 101-0198) cable for connecting CAN devices. This new 4 pin port and cable provides not only the CAN connection, but also a protected 12V power supply and ground for powering the CAN devices. The power supply is protected by a self-resetting fuse rated at 3A continuous.
