The MR2Link V1 (TST185X) is Link Engine Management’s G4X plug-in ECU for the early Toyota MR2 SW20 (Rev 1, 1989–1992) and Celica ST185 with the 3S-GTE Gen 2 engine. The PCB fits inside the factory ECU enclosure with no loom modifications.
No onboard MAP sensor is fitted. The factory SW20 MAP sensor connects via An Volt 3 using factory wiring — suitable to approximately 3 bar absolute. For high-boost builds, an external higher-rated MAP sensor can be fitted via the expansion connector.
The MR2Link V1 includes one CAN bus and an ignition expansion connector for conversion to direct spark (COP) ignition.
Model note: The Toyota Celica GT-Four RC / Carlos Sainz Special Edition and all later MR2 SW20 (Rev 2/3, 1993+) use the MR2Link V3 TST205X.

Does the MR2Link V1 fit the 1993+ SW20 or ST205?
No. The MR2Link V1 TST185X is for the Rev 1 SW20 (1989–1992) and ST185 only. The 1993+ SW20 (Rev 2/3) and ST205 use a different ECU header and require the MR2Link V3 TST205X.
Is a base map included?
Yes. A startup base map for the 3S-GTE Gen 2 is pre-loaded. Professional dyno tuning is required before use.
