The MoTeC GPS-L10 is a 10 Hz GPS unit that combines a highly sensitive 66-channel receiver and the antenna in one compact, magnetic-base housing. It provides speed, position (latitude/longitude), altitude, heading, date and time for lap timing, track mapping and speed-based functions in MoTeC data systems.
It connects plug-and-play to MoTeC Dash and Dash/Data Loggers — including the C125 and C127 displays — via a 4-pin Deutsch DTM connector on a 3 m flying lead.

Connecting to CAN
The GPS-L10 outputs serial (RS232) data. It connects directly to MoTeC Dash/Data Loggers via the serial/DTM input. To place the GPS data on a CAN bus (for example into an M1 ECU), MoTeC’s Serial-to-CAN adapter (STC, part 61125) is required — the GPS-L10 is not natively CAN.
Mounting
Mount on an external, horizontal surface with a clear view of the sky, away from other antennas and sources of interference.
