The Bosch Motorsport PSS-260 measures brake hydraulic pressure from 0 to 260 bar with a 2 ms response time — fast enough to capture individual ABS modulation events and brake pressure traces during a lap. It is the standard sensor used in Bosch Motorsport ABS M5 installations for front and rear brake pressure input, and connects directly to any ECU or data logger analog input with a 5 V supply.
The ratiometric 5 V output characteristic (0.5 V = 0 bar, 4.5 V = 260 bar; sensitivity 15.38 mV/bar) matches the PST-F-2 and PSS series calibration curve familiar to calibrators in the Bosch Motorsport ecosystem. The M10×1 thread and 45° cone seat are standard motorsport brake line fittings. The sensor is rated for brake fluid contact and also validated for engine oil and fuel, allowing it to be used in oil pressure and fuel pressure measurement if required.
The mating connector is the Bosch Compact 3-pin kit, stocked separately.
