Typical Use — 3/8″ (9.5 mm)
At 9.5 mm supplied diameter, this size covers:
- 8–15 wire harness trunk runs (22 AWG bundle OD ~6–9 mm)
- Sensor harness trunk sections (MAP, injector, lambda, coil)
- Breakout jacketing leaving a larger trunk
- CAN bus loom runs with surrounding signal wires
For 4–8 wire sub-branches, use DR-25 1/4″ (6.4/3.2 mm). For 15–25 wire main trunks, use DR-25 1/2″ (12.7/6.4 mm).

Per metre: Ordering a quantity in metres gives one continuous cut length — not separate pieces. 5 m ordered = one 5 m length of DR-25 3/8″.

DR-25 3/8″ is part of the Raychem System 25 harness system. Use alongside:
- DR-25 range — all sizes — outer jacketing for all harness runs
- Raychem System 25 moulded boots — connector backshell sealing (part numbers with “-25”, e.g. 204W221-25-0)
- HellermannTyton equivalent boots — same sealing function (“-G” suffix, e.g. 1030-4-G)
- V9500 epoxy — sealant for boot-to-loom transitions
