Sensor Connectors
OEM sensor connectors for motorsport harness builds and sensor replacements. Every kit includes the housing, crimp terminals, and rubber seals — the complete mating connector assembly for the sensor already in your car or ready to wire into a new build.
The connectors stocked here cover the sensor families used across Bosch Motorsport, VAG, BMW, Honda, Toyota, and GM applications — the sensors that ECU builders, race car engineers, and engine swap builders encounter daily.
Bosch JPT Kompakt Series — Pressure & Position Sensors
Bosch’s official name for this family is Kompakt — you will also see them listed as “Compact” on reseller sites. Both names refer to the same connector. The JPT (Junior Power Timer) terminals are 2.8 mm. Two physical formats exist: Kompakt I (Code 1) with a side-entry locking tab, and Kompakt II (Code 2) with a top-entry tab. Housings look similar but are not interchangeable.

Common sensors using Bosch Kompakt / JPT connectors
- Bosch 0261230333 / 0261230302 — MAP/boost pressure sensors (3-pin Code 1)
- Bosch 0261545188 — PSS-260 motorsport brake pressure sensor (3-pin Code 1)
- Bosch 0 280 122 001 / 0 281 002 170 — NTC M12 / NTC M12 H temperature sensors (2-pin Kompakt)
- Bosch 0261210xxx — oil pressure sensors (3-pin Code 1)
- BMW S54 — TPS and idle valve (3-pin Code 1)
- Note: The Bosch 0281006414 combined 10 bar pressure+temperature sensor uses the Trapez 5-pin connector — see below.
- General rule: 3-pin housing with side-entry clip and 2.8 mm terminals → start with Code 1.
Bosch Lambda / Wideband Oxygen Sensor Connectors
| Kit | Sensor | Pinout | Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| LSU 4.9 connector kit (6-pin) | Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband — 0258017025, 0258027xxx, Bosch Motorsport 100 cm | Pin 1=Pump IP, 2=Virtual GND, 3=Heater−, 4=Heater+, 5=Cal R, 6=Nernst | LSU 4.9 Connector Kit |
| LSU 4.2 connector kit (6-pin) | Bosch LSU 4.2 — used with Innovate LC-1, AEM UEGO (older) | Different pinout to LSU 4.9 — not interchangeable | LSU 4.2 Connector Kit |
The LSU 4.9 connector kit also fits Bosch electronic throttle bodies: F02U.V01.171-01, 0280.Y05.107-01, F02U.V01.184-01.
Fuel Injector Connectors
Three 2-pin injector connector families cover the majority of port fuel injectors in use:
| Kit | Type | Used for | Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jetronic EV1 kit | Jetronic / EV1 | Bosch EV1, EV6, most EV14 injectors; Siemens/VDO; most OEM injectors 1980s–2010s | Jetronic EV1 |
| USCAR kit | USCAR / EV6 | Modern GM, Ford, Chrysler OEM injectors; Siemens Deka; Injector Dynamics; high-flow aftermarket | USCAR Connector Kit |
| Sumitomo kit | Sumitomo | Honda, Toyota, Denso, Bosch EV14 variant 0280158235 (731 cc/min) | Sumitomo Connector Kit |
How to identify: narrow body with side-locking clip = EV1/Jetronic. Wide body with top-release button = USCAR. Honda/Toyota Sumitomo-style side-entry clip = Sumitomo kit.
VW / Audi JMT Connectors — Camshaft, Crankshaft & MAF Sensors
The JMT (Junior Mini Timer) connector uses 1.5 mm terminals and is found on VAG position sensors and mass airflow meters.
| Kit | Poles | Used for | Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| VW/Bosch 3-pole JMT | 3 | VAG crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, some IAT/MAP sensors | 3-pole JMT Kit |
| VW/Bosch 4-pole JMT | 4 | VAG MAF sensor (mass airflow), some VAG throttle position sensors | 4-pole JMT Kit |
Bosch Trapez 5-Pin — Combined MAP + IAT Sensors
The Trapez (trapezoidal) 5-pin housing fits Bosch combined manifold pressure and intake air temperature sensors used in VAG and other OEM applications.

FAQ
What is the difference between JPT Code 1 and Code 2?
Code 1 (Kompakt I) and Code 2 (Kompakt II) use the same 2.8 mm JPT terminals but the locking tab is in a different position — Code 1 has a side-entry clip, Code 2 has a top-entry clip. The two codes are not interchangeable. Forcing the wrong housing will prevent it from locking and the connector can pull free under vibration. Check the tab direction on the sensor before ordering.
What connector does a Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband sensor use?
The Bosch LSU 4.9 uses a 6-pin round connector with 3.5 mm terminals. The LSU 4.9 connector kit includes housing, six crimp pins, and six seals. Pinout: Pin 1 = Pump current (IP), Pin 2 = Virtual ground (VM), Pin 3 = Heater−, Pin 4 = Heater+, Pin 5 = Cal resistor (IA), Pin 6 = Nernst cell voltage (UN). The LSU 4.2 uses a different 6-pin connector with a different pinout — the two are not interchangeable.
Which injector connector fits Bosch EV14 injectors?
Most Bosch EV14 injectors use the Jetronic/EV1 2-pin connector. However some high-flow EV14 variants — notably Bosch 0280158235 (731 cc/min @ 3 bar) — use the Sumitomo connector. Check the injector housing: a narrow body with a side-locking clip is EV1; a wider Sumitomo-style housing needs the Sumitomo kit.
Do these kits include everything needed, or do I need to buy terminals separately?
Every kit includes the complete set: connector housing, crimp terminals (female pins), and rubber seals. A crimp tool suitable for 2.8 mm JPT or 1.5 mm JMT terminals is required — not included. The kits are one-connector quantities; order multiple kits for multi-injector or multi-sensor installations.
