How fast do you ship, and where to?
Orders for items shown in stock ship the same working day when placed before 14:00 EET, otherwise the next working day. We ship worldwide with UPS, DHL Express, DPD and ZipasGo; the services, prices and estimated delivery date for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Special-order items such as Bosch Motorsport ABS typically take 2–3 weeks. See Shipping information.
Do you issue VAT invoices for businesses?
Yes. Every order comes with an invoice from Xtra Engineering (VAT LT100007596018). EU businesses that enter a valid VAT number at checkout are invoiced without VAT; the number is checked against VIES while you order. Orders shipped outside the EU are invoiced without VAT, and import duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on arrival. UK consignments up to £135 are accepted only from UK VAT-registered businesses that give their VAT number at checkout.
Can I return a part?
Standard stock items can be returned in original, unused condition. Contact us before sending anything back, and connectors only in the original sealed bag. Cut-to-length wire and heat shrink, special orders (for example Bosch Motorsport ABS) and custom harnesses cannot be returned or cancelled once confirmed. Full terms in the returns policy.
Can you help me choose the right connector, wire or ECU?
Yes, that is most of what we do. Start with the blog, where we cover connector series, wire gauges and ECU choices in detail. If you do not find the answer there, use the form with the topic “Technical & fitment” and tell us the application: connector series, pin count, wire gauge, ECU or PDU model, and the environment it lives in. Is there a Formula Student discount?
Yes, there is a discount programme for registered Formula Student teams. How it works and how to apply are on the Formula Student page.
Can I visit the workshop or collect an order?
By appointment only. The workshop and hub dyno are at Ateities pl. 23, Kaunas. Message us on WhatsApp or through the form to agree a time; we are often on a car or at the track, so please do not turn up unannounced.
