The Bosch Motorsport DR2-Mini fuel pressure regulator maintains a fixed 5 bar fuel pressure and is designed as the motorsport-specific version of the Bosch DR2 regulator family. A 5 mm tube-style reference pressure connector allows manifold-referenced operation — fuel rail pressure tracks manifold pressure changes, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the injectors regardless of boost or vacuum conditions.
The 15–220 l/h reflow range covers the return flow from most PFI fuel systems, including high-flow multi-injector builds using pumps like the FP200-7. At 5 bar regulated pressure, this regulator suits applications requiring higher rail pressure than the standard 3–3.5 bar found in production fuel systems — useful for high-flow injector setups where injector resolution at the lower end of the duty cycle requires elevated pressure to extend the linear fuelling range.
For applications requiring adjustable pressure between 2.2–5.0 bar, use the FPR Mini-A.
