The Bosch Motorsport EV14 provides 980 cc/min at 3 bar fuel pressure (standard test conditions). A set of four covers a naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine to approximately 400–450 kW (530–600 hp) at typical WOT lambda targets of 0.87–0.92. For turbocharged builds, note that engines are commonly tuned to 0.80–0.82 lambda at full power — richer targets consume more fuel per unit output, so effective capacity at 0.82 lambda is proportionally lower. Verify injector sizing against your specific fuel pressure, target lambda, and engine BSFC before finalising the specification.
The EV14 uses the short-type body with 34 mm O-ring spacing — a widely supported length that fits most aftermarket inlet manifold injector bungs and fuel rail designs. The extended tip nozzle positions the spray cone further into the port for better atomisation and reduced manifold wall wetting. Single cone spray pattern works with standard ECU injection timing without special targeting.
The 12 Ω high-impedance coil works with all motorsport ECU injector drivers without peak-and-hold circuitry — compatible with Bosch Motorsport, Emtron, Link, MoTeC, and all major aftermarket ECUs. E85 compatible.

Flow Matching
Bosch EV14 injectors are produced in batches and are not flow-matched from the factory. Production variation between injectors from different batches can exceed 3–5%, which causes measurable cylinder-to-cylinder fuelling imbalance — visible as lambda spread between cylinders on a wideband scan and difficult to fully correct with per-cylinder trim tables alone.
XTRA Motorsport supplies these injectors flow-matched as a set. Each injector is tested on a calibrated flow bench and sets are selected with static flow variation under 1% across all injectors. The flow certificate documents the measured flow values for each injector in the set, including serial numbers. This is the correct approach for any engine where cylinder balance matters — race engines, engine dyno development, or any build where the ECU calibration is taken seriously.

Injector Adaptors
The EV14 short body (34 mm O-ring distance) fits the majority of aftermarket fuel rails. If your application requires a longer overall injector — for example, adapting to a rail designed for a taller injector — top and bottom O-ring adaptor rings are available to increase the effective injector length without changing the injector itself:
