The WRXLink V7-9 (WRX9X) is Link Engine Management’s G4X plug-in ECU for the Subaru Impreza WRX and STI V7 through V9 (GD/GG chassis) with the EJ20 2.0L engine. AVCS single intake cam control is supported on JDM STI EJ207 models. The PCB fits the 5-plug factory ECU enclosure with no loom modifications.

EJ20 only: This product covers 2.0L models exclusively. The GD/GG chassis with EJ25 2.5L (V10) uses a different ECU — see WRXLink V10 (SKU 224-4000 or 225-4000).

No onboard MAP sensor. Factory MAP sensor limited to approximately 164 kPa (23.5 psi boost). An external MAP sensor via the XS Expansion Loom is strongly recommended for builds running higher boost. IAT sensor addition highly recommended.

Does the WRXLink V7-9 fit EJ25 models?

No. The WRX9X covers EJ20 2.0L models only. GD/GG chassis EJ25 2.5L models use the WRXLink V10 (224-4000 or 225-4000).

Is AVCS supported?

Yes — on JDM EJ207 STI V7-9 engines which have single intake AVCS. USDM WRX V7-9 EJ205 engines do not have factory AVCS.

Is a base map included?

Yes. A startup base map for the EJ20 is pre-loaded. Professional dyno tuning is required before use.
