The MoTeC M130 is the compact-enclosure ECU in the M1 family. It runs on exactly the same M1 software platform as the larger M150 and M170 — the difference is the connector style and I/O count, not the tuning environment or feature set. The M130 suits 1- to 8-cylinder port-injected engines where a full-size case is not required.
Engine control logic is defined by the M1 firmware package you license for the ECU — for general race use this is the MoTeC M1 GPR package, or a vehicle-specific package. Tuning is performed in M1 Tune over Ethernet.

Firmware & Logging
- Firmware package — the M130 requires an M1 package licensed to the ECU. The M1 GPR (General Purpose Race) package covers most race applications; vehicle-specific packages are also available.
- Data logging — base diagnostic (Level 1) logging is standard. High-rate user logging (up to 200 channels at 200 Hz) requires the M1 Data Logging Level 2 licence.
Backorder Products
These items aren't kept in stock but are available for purchase.
Sensor connectors and Deutsch DT/DTM/DTP connector kits sometimes are listed as Backorder items, but we stock seperate items, so it only takes to collect these for your shipment in kits.
These items are supplied on backorder. Delivery times depend on each manufacturer's production schedule and current demand, so the figures below are typical estimates under normal conditions — not guaranteed delivery dates. When demand is high, lead times can extend beyond the ranges shown.
For made-to-order items or products requiring special configuration, production begins only after your order is placed and paid. The binding delivery date is the one the manufacturer confirms once your order is scheduled; we pass it on as soon as we receive it and keep you updated on any change.
