The Bosch Motorsport FP200-E is the higher-pressure FP200 variant, delivering over 200 l/h at 8 bar on gasoline. It is specified where the FP200-7’s 7.5 bar ceiling is insufficient — in particular as the low-pressure lift pump supplying the Bosch Motorsport HDP 5 high-pressure direct injection pump. The HDP 5 requires a 4–7 bar inlet supply; the FP200-E provides this reliably at its rated 8 bar output. This combination is common in GT3 and prototype cars running Bosch GDI fuel systems.
Important: There is no over-pressure valve inside the FP200-E. Operating above 8.0 bar can significantly reduce pump lifespan and may cause external fuel leakage. An external fuel pressure regulator on the pressure side is mandatory.
The absence of an internal pressure valve gives the system designer direct control over rail pressure via an external FPR. The pump will reach its mechanical pressure limit if the regulator or pressure line is blocked — ensure the external FPR is correctly sized and installed.
Diesel compatibility at >180 l/h / 7 bar covers diesel motorsport applications alongside the Bosch Motorsport MS25 SPORT diesel ECU. E100 is compatible with reduced pump lifetime.

Outlet Thread — M10×1.0 Internal Thread
The FP200-E outlet is published as M12×1.5 in the Bosch data sheet. In practice, removing the M12×1.5 adapter exposes an M10×1.0 internal thread on the pump body — the same undocumented thread found on the FP200-7. This is not in the official documentation and applies equally to both FP200 variants.
Use the M10×1.0 thread when fitting a custom outlet adapter directly to the pump body. Confirm thread engagement depth against the pump body before machining any adapter.
