The S2000Link (S2000X) is Link Engine Management’s G4X plug-in ECU for the Honda S2000 AP1 and 2005 AP2 (non-drive-by-wire). VTEC cam lift control is natively supported. The PCB fits inside the factory ECU enclosure with no loom modifications.

No onboard MAP sensor is fitted. The factory AP1/AP2 MAP sensor is used (via An Volt 1, rated to approximately 170 kPa / 10 psi boost). For turbo or supercharged builds, an external MAP sensor via the expansion connector is required.

DBW note: This ECU does not support the factory drive-by-wire e-throttle fitted to 2006+ AP2 models. The S2000Link is compatible with AP2 2005 only — the last year before DBW was introduced. E-throttle conversion via an additional connector is possible with aftermarket hardware but factory DBW is not supported.

CAN note: This ECU uses a 4-pin powered CAN connector. Use the CANJST4 cable (101-0198) for CAN devices — the older CANPCB cable is not compatible.

Does the S2000Link support the 2006+ AP2 with factory e-throttle?

No. The S2000Link is compatible with the AP1 (1999–2004) and the 2005 AP2 (non-DBW) only. 2006+ AP2 models have factory drive-by-wire which this ECU does not support in stock form.

Does it support VTEC?

Yes. Honda VTEC cam lift control is natively supported.

What CAN cable do I need for the S2000Link?

Use the CANJST4 cable (101-0198). The older CANPCB cable is not compatible with the S2000Link’s 4-pin powered CAN connector.
