The NGTTLink (NGTTX) is Link Engine Management’s G4X plug-in ECU for the Neo series RB engines with the grey ECU header — RB25DET Neo, RB25DE Neo, and RB20DE Neo in the Nissan R34 Skyline GT-T (ER34), C35 Laurel, and WC34 Stagea. AVCS variable cam timing is fully supported. The PCB fits inside the factory ECU enclosure with no loom modification.
Unlike most other Link plug-in ECUs, the NGTTLink has no onboard MAP sensor. It uses the factory external RB25DET Neo MAP sensor, which is rated to approximately 125 kPa (18 psi boost). For builds running more boost, an upgraded external MAP sensor wired to An Volt 3 is required. The factory MAP sensor vacuum line must be re-plumbed to see combined vacuum and boost.
Important limitations:
– 4WD models (AWD Stagea, 4WD Skyline): This ECU does not output the factory 4WD torque-split signal. AWD functionality is lost and TCS / slip warning lamps will be illuminated. For 4WD vehicles, confirm AWD operation is acceptable before fitting.
– TCS / traction control: Factory traction control is disabled.
Vehicle Fitment
| Vehicle | Engine | ECU plug | Years |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nissan Skyline R34 GT-T (ER34) | RB25DET Neo | Grey plug | 1998–2001 |
| Nissan Laurel C35 | RB25DET / RB25DE / RB20DE Neo | Grey plug | 1997–2002 |
| Nissan Stagea WC34 | RB25DET / RB25DE / RB20DE Neo | Grey plug | 1996–2001 |
Manual transmission only. Grey plug (Neo ECU) only — does NOT fit blue-plug non-Neo RB25DET.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the NGTTLink include an onboard MAP sensor?
No. It uses the factory RB25DET Neo external MAP sensor (rated to ~125 kPa / 18 psi boost). For builds running higher boost, an external MAP sensor must be connected to An Volt 3 via the XS Expansion Loom. The factory MAP sensor vacuum line must also be re-plumbed to see both vacuum and boost pressure.
Will the NGTTLink work in a 4WD Stagea or AWD Skyline?
The NGTTLink does not output the factory 4WD torque-split signal, so AWD functionality is lost and TCS/slip lamps will illuminate. It is suitable for 4WD vehicles only if you accept the loss of AWD operation — many owners convert to RWD or accept the warning lamps.
Does it fit the non-Neo blue-plug RB25DET?
No. The NGTTLink is for the grey-plug Neo ECU only. Non-Neo RB25DET engines use a different (blue) header and require a different plug-in ECU.
