The Ecumaster PMU-24DL is the high-output variant of the PMU platform: 24 programmable high-side outputs in the same 131×112mm footprint as the PMU-16. It adds a third output tier — 8×7A channels — that doubles as analogue inputs on the same pins, giving engineers the flexibility to configure each of the 8 channels as either a switched output or a 0–5V analogue input depending on the circuit requirement.
Internal data logging is standard on the PMU-24DL — no separate DL suffix model exists. All 24 output states, currents, voltages, and input channels are logged at up to 500Hz internally to 256MB of onboard storage. Status is shown on 24 tricolour LEDs (upgraded from the 16 bicolour LEDs on the PMU-16).

The PMU-24DL uses the same connector and footprint as the PMU-16 — upgrades from PMU-16 to PMU-24DL require only a software profile change and re-termination of the 39-pin connector for the additional circuits.

FAQ
When should I choose the PMU-24DL over the PMU-16?
When you need more than 16 independent switched circuits. A straightforward GT or time attack car fits within 16 outputs. Complex endurance cars with dual fuel systems, full interior and safety lighting, multiple cooling circuits, pneumatic gearshift solenoids, fire suppression, and radio power typically need 20–24 circuits. The PMU-24DL provides this without adding a second PMU unit.
What are the 8×7A dual-function outputs?
Each of the 8×7A channels can be configured as either a high-side 7A output or a 0–5V analogue input on the same physical pin. In ECUmaster PMU software, you assign each pin individually. This is useful on cars where you have more analogue sensors than the 16 dedicated input channels can accommodate, or where you want to use some 7A channels as ECU power circuits while others measure sensor signals.
Is the PMU-24DL compatible with the same CAN keypads as the PMU-16?
Yes. The PMU-24DL supports up to two ECUmaster-protocol CAN keypads simultaneously — all models from 4-key to 15-key including rotary encoders. Blink Marine PKP-series keypads are also compatible via CAN message ID mapping.
