Orders placed before 13:00 EET (Lithuanian time) ship the same working day; later orders ship the next working day. You get a tracking link by e-mail, and the delivery estimate for every option is shown at checkout before you pay.
Carriers we ship with
DHL Express and UPS are what we recommend for anything a car is waiting for. For lower-value orders where a few days do not matter, checkout also offers ZipasGo economy delivery and DPD, so you never pay express rates for a bag of connectors.

Our first choice for time-critical parts. Express: next working day to most of the EU, 1 to 3 days worldwide. DHL Economy Select for the EU when a day or two more is fine.

Express Saver next working day across most of the EU; UPS Standard in 2 to 6 days depending on the country. Worldwide coverage with door-to-door tracking.
Lower-value ordersZipasGo economy
Tracked economy delivery through local carriers in 26 EU countries, typically 2 to 5 working days. Offered at checkout for orders up to €1,000 when it saves you money.
Baltics and EUDPD
DPD courier in 25 EU countries; in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia also to a DPD parcel locker of your choice, 1 to 2 working days.

Śledzenie i status zamówienia
As soon as the parcel is booked you receive an e-mail with the tracking link, and the order in your account shows the carrier and status. The invoice follows by e-mail. If a special-order item is in your order, we tell you the expected date as soon as the manufacturer confirms it and ship everything together unless you ask otherwise.
Customs, duties and VAT
No customs, no duties. Private customers pay the VAT rate of their own country, shown at checkout; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT.
Import VAT and any duty are payable by you to the carrier before delivery; they are not in our prices. Orders under about £135 (€165) cannot be accepted unless you give a UK VAT number at checkout. Northern Ireland follows EU rules.
Invoiced without VAT as an export. Import duties and local taxes are collected at destination by the carrier. For larger shipments outside the EU, customs may require end-use paperwork before we can ship; we tell you before we pack.
Zamówienia specjalne
Made-to-order items such as Bosch Motorsport ABS systems, ECUs and PowerBoxes typically take 2 to 3 weeks; the manufacturer confirms the date after the order is placed and we forward it to you. Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.
